(Zukhuruf) 43 : 11
وَالَّذِي نَزَّلَ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ مَاءً بِقَدَرٍ فَأَنْشَرْنَا بِهِ بَلْدَةً مَيْتًا ۚ كَذَٰلِكَ تُخْرَجُونَ
And He who sends down the water from the sky in due measure, then We raise there with the dead land, just like that you will be brought forth.
